MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIÊC :
- Thực hiện công tác hoạch định, quản trị nguồn nhân lực.
- Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển CBNV.
- Phối hợp với Giám đốc, lãnh đạo các Phòng ban/ Đơn vị thực hiện kiện toàn bộ máy tổ chức, xây dựng quy trình, quy chế, biểu mẫu hướng dẫn thực hiện các chính sách nhân sự của Công ty.
- Kiểm tra công tác Tuyển dụng nhân sự và thực hiện chế độ chính sách tại các Công ty thành viên.
- Tham gia xây dựng chế độ phúc lợi, đánh giá mức độ hoàn thành công việc, khen thưởng dành cho CBNV.
- Các công việc cụ thể khác được trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Nữ, ngoại hình dễ nhìn.
- Trên 01 năm ở vị trí tương đương tại doanh nghiệp.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng làm quản lý nhân sự tại các công ty trong lĩnh vực Kinh doanh/ Bất động sản/ Xây dựng.\
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn về Quản trị nhân sự; Luật lao động, Luật BHXH, Luật dân sự.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Có khả năng quản lý đội nhóm.
- Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.
- Khả năng truyền đạt, giao tiếp, thuyết phục.
- Khả năng lãnh đạo, năng lực chuyên môn giỏi, khả năng xử lý, giải quyết tình huống tốt.

- Cơ hội huấn luyện:
